Glenn Sheridan has spent 24years in the kitchen working in some of the most prestigious establishments in the western world. At the age of 14 Glenn started like most chefs scrubbing pots and slowly moving up the ranks making a stop along the way at every station within the kitchen.

To Glenn Sheridan food is much more than a source of sustenance; food is also a way of life. The manner in which a meal is prepared, presented and consumed is all part of the culinary experience and is where he consistently focuses his attention. Living in the UK provided a fresh perspective of the British pace of life versus the North American lifestyle known for its quick and rushed meals. During his stay he was selected as a finalist for the Hilton Chef of the Year competition out of a group of nearly 400 entrants, a feat in itself considering he was an immigrant to the country. The European influence suits Glenn well as his personable attitude exudes patience, passion and confidence. All of these characteristics serve as critical ingredients for a master in the kitchen and as a mentor to his subordinates who serve under his wing. His experience abroad has resulted in the culmination of an extensive selection of classic French dishes suitable for a sophisticated clientele seeking a memorable event. In having catered to such names as Paul Martin, Mike Holmes, Collin James, John Malkovich and Liv Tyler to name a few, Glenn has consistently proven himself to be an impressive performer with the kitchen being his stage of choice.
